What can I expect from EMSculpting results?

It is important to emphasize that treatment with EMSculpting cannot give you a six-pack or large marked muscles. On the contrary, it is a really good help to strengthen your muscles, so that your own training can be optimized.

How does a treatment with EMSculpting take place?

You always start with a consultation. Here we will assess whether you are a candidate for the treatment. We make a journal and approve you for a course.

A course of treatment consists of four to eight sessions with an interval of two to three days. The treatment itself takes place by applying pads where you want to strengthen your muscles. If it is the pelvic floor that you want retrained, you simply sit on a seat with clothes on.
The treatment is not painful, but is felt as strong muscle contraction.

After 30-40 minutes, the muscles have done approx. 20,000 contractions with an intensity you can't train with yourself.
